Daniel Gomez

Daniel Gomez is a Cybersecurity Engineer at Crimson Vista, Inc. He graduated with a degree in Computer Science from Brigham Young University-Idaho and holds a certificate in embedded systems engineering.

His personal projects include containerization using experimental operating systems in the Functional Programming Paradigm (namely, NixOS) and developing a microcontroller-powered device to aid navigation for the blind. His interests include parallel programming in Haskell and Erlang. Previously, he worked as an intern at ObjectSecurity, a cybersecurity company that pioneers defense strategies using experimental AI technologies. In this role, he specialized as a Python Architect and contributed to infrastructure as code.
